At Classofy.com, we strive to provide a valuable experience with our educational content and services. If, however, you find it necessary to cancel your subscription or request a refund, please review our policy below.

1. Cancellations

Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access to the paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your subscription will not renew.
  • Cancellation requests for monthly subscriptions should be made through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@classofy.com.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions can also be canceled at any time. However, they are typically non-refundable after the first 30 days of subscription (see below for our refund policy).
  • Upon cancellation, your account will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the annual billing period, but it will not renew.

2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally issued in the following cases:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not provided for monthly subscriptions once a payment has been processed, except as required by applicable law.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within the first [7, 14, 30, or other time period] days of subscribing to an annual plan, you may be eligible for a full refund. After this period, refunds for annual subscriptions are not typically granted.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact us at support@classofy.com. Include your account information and a brief explanation of your request. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Classofy.com.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take between 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

3. Exceptional Cases

We understand that certain situations may require additional consideration. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact our support team at support@classofy.com. We will evaluate requests related to unforeseen personal emergencies or technical issues that may have affected your experience.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain types of purchases are final and non-refundable, including:

  • One-time purchases for specific classes, e-books, or digital content.
  • Promotional items or services purchased at a discounted rate, unless otherwise specified.
